About Us

Little LUFF Childcare Inc. is proud to have a team of excellent early childhood educators. We are dedicated to the ongoing training and development of our team. All our teachers meet MA EEC requirements & receive training throughout the school year. We require ongoing training for our staff through State classes, orientation videos, in-house training, and other certified professionals in the education field. Our staff is trained in both Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED.  Since our founding, we’ve focused on supporting kids during all transitions throughout childhood. All activities are designed to adequately nurture the emotional and intellectual growth of our kids. Through stimulating situations and hands-on learning opportunities, young children are free to develop into bright young minds. We base our curriculum off of Play-based learning, which is a type of early childhood education based on child-led and open-ended play, but with a purpose or goal. As play itself is a voluntary, enjoyable activity, we set the environment to encourage play and gear it towards goals that meet developmental milestones. Children play to practice skills, try out possibilities, revise hypotheses and discover new challenges, leading to deeper learning. Play allows children to communicate ideas, to understand others through social interaction, paving the way to build deeper understanding and more powerful relationships. Think. Reason. Question. Experiment. These are just a few of the skills and qualities that children will develop at Little LUFF Childcare Inc..
